I've been experimenting with the video capability of the Canon 5D2 camera. Thanks to David Lee for shooting some video of me doing an outdoor fashion shoot with model Selina. This was edited in Sony Vegas Pro and you can see the results of the photo shoot on YouTube here

Modelling Portfolios

We are often asked what a modelling portfolio is. The simple answer is that it is a collection of your best shots either in printed form or stored online. It is far better for a portfolio to have a small number of stunning shots than to try to pad it out with mediocre shots just to make up the numbers.

Your modelling portfolio should never be static and should always be updated with the results of new shoots or with examples of your published work known as "Tear sheets" as they would have normally been torn from the relevant publication. The same applies to changes of hair length or colour - your portfolio should be updated to take account of these changes to your appearance.
