Children & Family Portrait Studio Photographers in Kent

Our fixed price for a family portrait shoot (up to 6 people) is £99 which includes 4 prints up to 12"x8" size or £195 for our copyright-free digital image package on CD or USB Memory stick. Shoot times are flexible and weekends/weekday evenings are all available depending on dates.

We can accept payment for your shoot by cash, cheque or online via Google Checkout. We can also supply vouchers for the photo shoot as a gift if preferred. After the shoot we provide proofs on a secure website in colour & black/white for you to choose from. Our full price list is here.

 

Unlike some of our larger high street competitors we aim to be tranparent on our Kent family portrait photo shoot pricing so that the price you see is the price you pay. You may see headline special offers elsewhere but check the price you would actually pay for 4 prints at 12"x8" and you may get a shock. Our price is just £99 for the shoot plus all 4 prints.

Questions about our Kent Family Portrait photo shoots?

Q. The family portrait sitting cost is £99.00 including four 12 x 8 prints –are they framed or unframed?  Can each print be of a different shot?

The prints are supplied unframed so that you can choose your own frame for them. Each print can be a completely different shot and can be colour or black & white or you can have 4 copies of the same print - the choice is yours!

Q. If we would like additional prints, how much are these? 

Additional prints are £15 for sizes up to 12"x8".

Q. How long does a family portrait photo shoot sitting take?

A family portrait session normally takes approximately one hour.

Q. Can we have different combinations of group photos during the portrait session e.g. some of all of us, some of two of us, some of children on own etc?

Yes you can have any combination of family groups or individual shots during the shoot.

Q. Where is the photo studio?

We work from studios in Maidstone but can also shoot on location subject to weather.

Q. Can we have the high res photos on CD?

Yes we have two options for photos on CD. If you have decided that you would like all your photos on CD before the shoot then the Digital Package at £195 works out best value. If you book the family portrait print shoot at £99 and decide after the shoot that you want all the high resolution photos on CD as well then you can purchase the CD for £150.

Q. Do we have to have the photos taken at the studio?

No. All our studio equipment is portable and we can come to you if that is easier. We can also shoot on location such as a park or beach. Obviously location shoots are weather dependent so often the studio is more reliable if a specific date is required.

We can also offer a digital image photography package where all your high res photos from your family portrait or birthday party shoot are provided on CD in colour and black/white so that you can arrange your own prints. The digital image studio portrait session and CD costs £195. The CD contains high resolution files for printing and low res files that can be emailed or used on social networking sites like Facebook.

Although the studios are in Chatham (Medway) and Maidstone in Kent, our studio equipment is portable and can be transported to a suitable location with sufficient space. Space is required to setup backgrounds and to have sufficient distance between the lights and subjects. We can also shoot family portraits on location in Kent if you prefer more natural surroundings like a park or beach.

Please note that all images are laboratory printed photographic prints and are supplied unmounted so you can use a frame of your choice.

We are available to produce a variety of family portraits or birthday party group portrait photos. The studio is in Medway (Chatham/Gillingham) and also Maidstone but we can also come to you with our portable studio lighting equipment.
